Phine Tech — Vision it. We create it.

About

A technology partner, not a supplier

PhineTech builds the systems organisations run their operations on — cooperative ledgers, school records, retail tills, case files, city mobility data. The kind of software where being wrong has consequences.

What we do

We work in domains where the details matter and the rules are local. A SACCO's dividend calculation, a VSLA's share-out, a school's fee structure, an eTIMS invoice, a city's congestion data — none of these are served well by generic software written elsewhere.

So we offer the engineering capability directly — AI automation, software development, innovation support, cloud and cyber security — and we build our own products where a market is underserved. Most of our work is with organisations we have worked with for years.

Technology also has to be paid for. Where partners need it, we help with fundraising and the financial linkages that turn a working system into a sustainable one.

Capabilities

AI automation
Put AI where it removes real work — not where it demonstrates well.
Software development
Systems built to be maintained for years, not demonstrated once.
Innovation support
Getting from an idea to something that survives contact with users.
Cloud computing
Infrastructure that scales with demand and degrades gracefully when the network does not.
Cyber security
Security treated as a design input, not an audit finding.
Fundraising & financial linkages
Connecting partners to the capital and financial infrastructure they need to grow.

How we are set up

Technical team

Engineers who stay with a system past launch — building, integrating and maintaining it, and available to the partner directly rather than through a ticket queue.

Administrative team

Dedicated coordination alongside the engineering: reporting, documentation, scheduling and the day-to-day contact that keeps a long engagement running smoothly.

Embedded, not outsourced

We work closely enough with partners to learn their domain properly. That is what lets us build for a SACCO's rules or a city's traffic data rather than a generic case.

What we believe about building software

01

Correctness before features

In financial software a wrong number is worse than a missing screen. We build the ledger first.

02

Built for the context

Intermittent connectivity, modest hardware and real regulatory requirements are design inputs, not edge cases.

03

Maintained, not delivered

Software is a commitment over years. We stay with what we build.
